The PH2000 is designed for easy operation by a crew of four.  In most cases, the existing members of a processor's manual catch crew can quickly be trained to become successful operators.   With the PH2000, an experienced crew can catch a house of 30,000 3.8 pound broilers in 2 1/2 hours or less.
